This is the past. October 25, 1943 to be exact. Wielding their batons, the officers approach the heavily armed man dressed in futuristic armor laying on the ground. The man suddenly springs to life and defends himself, dispatching the officers with awe-inspiring efficiency. As Nikko surveys the carnage, he feels the throbbing in his abdomen. Reaching down his hand, it comes away wet with crimson. Fighting through the pain, he activates his gauntlet monitor and brings up the coordinates of his contact. Fading fast, Nikko barely makes it to the safe house. Finding an open basement door, he stumbles inside, crashing to the floor unconscious. Waking up, he discovers that he’s in a bed and his wounds have been tended to by Valerie. She knows all about his mission and is here to help. He has a mission to carry out and the fate of the world depends on its success.
