Having captured a gang of undesirables from the surface to use as target practice, Levin hears stories from one of them about a young man living in the wastelands. His worst fears have come to reality – Nikko is still alive. Levin sends out Rogue, his finest soldier, to seek out Nikko and eliminate him. Incapable of empathy, the highly skilled and heavily armed assassin is trained for one purpose only – To kill without pity or remorse. But Rogue’s no match for the far more capable Nikko and easily falls prey to one of his ingenious traps.
